Monsters, and Magic.\u201d The exhibit will premiere to a VIP guest preview on the evening of Tuesday, October 2nd, with opening day to the public on Wednesday, October 3rd. &nbsp;The exhibit will run through Dec 31st. 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to be paying tribute to a genre in entertainment that has not only withstood the test of time but grown more popular with every generation.&nbsp; And it is particularly&nbsp; poignant for this exhibit to feature&nbsp; these creatures and characters at the Hollywood Museum, where make-up and the magic of make believe began with Hollywood\u2019s make-up king \u2013 Max Factor!\u201d, said Donelle Dadigan, President and Founder of The Hollywood Museum.<\/p>\n<p>Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. is the premiere Creature and Character studio in Hollywood today. Co-founders Tom Woodruff, Jr. and Alec Gillis are responsible for some of the most iconic monster and creature characters of the last 3 decades.&nbsp; ADI\u2019s credits range from TREMORS (1989) to THE PREDATOR 2018.&nbsp; Among there the many awards are an Academy Award &amp; BAFTA Award winner for \u201cDeath Becomes Her\u201d, Academy Award nominee for Alien3\u2033, and Academy Award nominee for \u201cStarship Troopers\u201d. Now, ADI is proud to be installing its entire Showroom at the Hollywood Museum in the historic Max Factor Building.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201c30 Years of Make-Up, Monsters, and Magic\u201d exhibit will feature productions in theatres now, great iconic horror films of the past three decades, and films in currently in production.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit Highlights include \u201cThe Preditor\u201d; \u201cThe Nun\u201d; \u201cIT,\u201d which features a duplicate prosthetics for Bill Skarsgard\u2019s Pennywise \u201cJurassic Kingdom: Fallen Kingdom\u201d; one of the deadly dolls from \u201cAnnabelle: Creation\u201d, the second chapter in the spin-off from Conjuring\u201d; a finished bust of actor Joel Edgerton in full make-up as rookie cop Orc, Nick Jakoby, from \u201cBright\u201d; the 9-foot tall ship\u2019s Pilot Alien Creature removed from the final cut of this 2011 prequel for \u201cThe Thing\u201d; a full size figure of the Predator from \u201cAlien vs. Predator\u201d from The Predator Franchise and the full size figures of the deadly xenomorphs from \u201cAlien Resurrection\u201d and \u201cAlien vs. Predator\u201d as well as a full scale replica of series star Sigourney Weaver (the 8-foot tall human\/alien hybrid known as The Newborn from \u201cAlien Resurrection\u201d) from The Alien Franchise.
