You will explore costumes, awards, photos, cars, sets, posters and prized possessions of Hollywood\u2019s famous legends\u2014spanning 100 Years of Hollywood\u2014from the Silents to Talkies to Hollywood\u2019s Golden Era, Film Noir, through the rebellious 60\u2019s, special effects 70\u2019s, evolving 80\u2019s, involved 90\u2019s, technological 2000\u2019s, and beyond to current day heartthrobs!<\/p>\n

The museum is pleased to offer turn-key special events for personal, corporate, and fundraising celebrations. Someone\u2019s in the Kitchen, our award-winning caterer and design team, will professionally orchestrate the food, beverage, and d\u00e9cor while working closely with you to tailor selections and budget for your star-studded event.<\/p>\n
Options include music, entertainment, a red-carpet \u201cstep and repeat\u201d plus an \u201call access pass\u201d that lets guests party in the museum\u2019s top-floor Penthouse Ballroom and explore all four floors of authentic Hollywood memorabilia, including the basement\u2019s spine tingling \u201cDungeon of Doom\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n The Hollywood Museum\u2019s special event team will help you create a theme that transforms The Historic Max Factor Building into a showcase for your event. The Grand Art Deco Lobby leads to Max Factor\u2019s 4 World Famous Makeup Rooms, the Historic Photo Gallery, the Science Fiction Exhibit, and an intimate Screening Room.<\/p>\n The 2nd floor showcases seasonally rotating special exhibits; the 3rd floor is home to \u201c100 Years of Hollywood\u201d \u2013from Mary Pickford and Rudolph Valentino, to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and the ever-popular official \u201cHollywood Walk of Fame\u201d exhibits.
